Lille v Chelsea Tips & Betting Preview
Following their disappointing defeat to Valencia in their Champions League opener, the excursion to Lille looks crucial for Chelsea — especially considering theyve a double-header contrary to Ajax coming after that.
This trip to France could prove tricky, although it was seen whether the Blues end up ruing Ross Barkleys missed penalty.
Lille were handed a bit of a soccer lesson by Ajax in their very first game, falling 3-0, but they have not performed on the street domestically either–earning only two points from their four Ligue 1 off games–but at home they seem very strong.

Finally (despite maintaining a clean sheet against Brighton), Chelsea still seem suspect in the trunk, and in Stade Pierre-Mauroy I will watch little to separate the two sides.
Lille are strong at home, Chelsea are probably the side that is stronger, so there is at 11/4 a draw the drama with the ideal value.

While Chelsea have not struggled in front of target in recent months, Lille have just surrendered two at home this effort, and the high-stakes nature of the game (with both sides currently pointless in an already-tough group), implies a certain level of circumspection is required.
