Juventus‘ Emre Can ’shocked‘ at Champions League omission

Juventus midfielder Emre Can states he’s“stunned“ in being left out of the club’s Champions League squad and has indicated he will find a move away in the Italian champions in January.
Can made 37 appearances for Juventus last year but has discovered his chances limited following the arrival of Aaron Ramsey and Adrien Rabiot this summer.
This is a surprise omission from the club 22-man squad for the Champions League this year and the German claims he would have pushed away from the club for a transfer had he known he’d be left outside by Maurizio Sarri.
„I am not in the group for the Champions League which shocked me because I was assured differently weekly,“ May told Sky at Germany.
„Hence I wouldn’t have stayed at Juventus, because it had been the main requirement for me to be a part of the Champions League squad.
„It’s a profound shock for me and I can’t know it. Last year, I played really well in the Champions League. There hasn’t been any explanation yet.
„Juventus called me the telephone call was less than one minute and they told me:“You aren’t in the group.
„I should play in the Champions League, I Need to play in the Champions League. When I am back, I will talk to the club and then we will see what happens.“
