Champion Chase at Down Royal for Kemboy

Willie Mullins is leaning towards Allowing Kemboy make his reappearance.

The seven-year-old made progress last season, with victories in the Clonmel Oil and Savills Chase during the first half of the effort at Leopardstown.
He unseated his rider soon after the very first fence at Prestbury Park, but bounced back with a dominant display at Aintree.
Kemboy is a best-priced 6-1 favorite to win the Cheltenham Gold Cup at the next attempt, and Mullins expects to visit him return to action in Northern Ireland on November 2.
He explained:Weve placed him at the race at Down Royal and we are going to see how hes working. Its so far so good and Im very satisfied with what hes doing in your home.
In the moment we are heading towards Down Royal. I think he will take care of the track up there along with the floor. I mainly thought of the ground for him. I understand the ground can get delicate up there, however more often than not that the ground is good.
I didnt wish to enter some other horses for the race and rush them to it. This fellow comes into a bit quicker and it is a wonderful race to aim him .
Plans are more liquid for Al Boum Photo, whereas Mullins remains pondering where and if to deliver Klassical Dream back into action.
The latter won all his four starts last season – like the Supreme Novices Hurdle at Cheltenham – plus hes a clear favorite March to provide a fifth Champion Hurdle success to his trainer.
Al Boum Photo is great and I am really happy with the progress hes making, said Mullins.
I dont really know where Ill start him. Until I start off him, I want to get some great cut at the ground and real winter weather. I just want to keep him coaching and make a plan once the ideal opportunity arises.
Klassical Fantasy may go to Down Royal (WKD Hurdle), but Id state that the Morgiana at Punchestown is much more likely where well start off him.
He has been very good in the home.
