70th Primetime Emmy Awards Betting Odds
The stars of television collect together for the 70th Primetime Emmy Awards which take place September 17. We’re seeing a step ahead from shows that are still in their infancy in the likes of The Handmaid’s Tale, Atlanta, This Is Us and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel who have garnered a lot of attention from avid TV watchers.
These displays will be duking it out for supremacy so let us take a look at the odds for the categories.
Outstanding Drama Series
Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale took the world by storm last year, getting rave reviews and a 95 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes en route to a Emmy in this class. The show returned for a season and is the favorite to repeat as the Outstanding Drama Series winner.
The Handmaid’s Tale will be in tough to replicate as two-time winner Game of Thrones returned using its seventh year which, as anticipated, was met with fantastic reviews and could be poised to become the first three-time winner since Mad Men won four in a row from 2008 to 2011.
This is a category and this season is the same. NBC’s That Is Us is currently looming in the background with its excellent acting that has caused.
