Of a miracle on day four of the fourth Ashes Test England were dreaming for a minute.
Australia were wobbling at 44-4 until 82 struck and then Pat Cummins removed Joe Root and Rory Burns together with balls, as soon as the declaration left half-an-hour to England to bat.
England’s hopes of a draw are in tact but seriously dented. Bob Willis and graham Gooch joined another day that was enthralling to be reflected onto by Charles Colvile.
