Stuart Broad says he has a lot of Test cricket left in him for England after starring in Ashes

A“reinvented“ Stuart Broad says he has a great deal of Test cricket left in him after composing for England in the drawn Ashes series.
Even the 33-year-old as he directed the attack chalked up 23 wickets against Australia for example David Warner seven times.
Broad failed to perform before Christmas in Sri Lanka and was also left from this opening Test against West Indies in January however says these fractures allowed him to fine-tune his game.
„I have been very happy with how it has gone this past summer,“ said Broad, who currently has 467 wickets at 132 Tests.
„I’ve gone from being spoken about as a diminishing cricketer being eased out to a reinvented cricketer using more to offer.
„At 33 years old, that’s a great spot to be. All of the hard work has been worth it. Fate let me have the time throughout the winter months to work on matters.
„In Sri Lanka I did not play too far and I was able to work on a new run-up and things like my attacking intent which has paid dividends.
„I’ve been attacking within my regions, and making batsmen perform as much as I have for many years.
„We speak about setting the tone using the ball and I believed that this has been my very best summer for a long time concerning doing that using the new ball.
„I felt a duty to lead that first 10 overs and I have had great energy running . I felt like the mindset of attempting to hit the stumps actually paid off.“
Broad contributed hugely to Warner scoring just 95 runs at 10 innings – that the worst recording of any batsman to open as many times in a single Test collection.
But the seamer was left ruing that England couldn’t remove Steve Smith so finely, together with all the 30-year-old only and racking up 774 conducts being dismissed below 50 once – by Broad at The Oval.
„I had an added responsibility to try and get their big players outside and that is why I did lots of preparation on Warner,“ added Broad.
„I needed to really go fuller at him, I needed to try and hit his stumps and I had to attempt to forget about his outside edge.
„I never dreamt that I would have the success against him which I’ve had. But, obviously, that is just within this collection.
„If we put our numbers together over the course of our livelihood, together with how much we’ve performed against each other, then I think that they would be very even.
„They had one batsman [Smith] that has been a 15 out of 10 and we have not had that, that has been a enormous difference.
„We’d have really liked to acquire the series but if we sit down in a week’s time without the emotion, it is just about the perfect result.“
